Arrowleaf 112B is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Located immediately adjacent to Silver Buck ski run, the Silver Strike quad chairlift just 30 yards downhill. You get first tracks everyday in Empire Canyon and the Lady Morgan bowl!

This condominium home is the epitome of Upper Deer Valley luxury. Located in the prestigious Empire Canyon, Arrowleaf 112B has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a queen size convertible bed in the family room. The unit comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.

The master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bath. An additional powder bath is accessible from the living areas for friends and guests. A full size washer and dryer combination is located next to the powder room.

Flat screen televisions are mounted in each bedroom. The flat screen television mounted above the gas fireplace in the family room can also be viewed from kitchen and dinning areas. The unit is equipped with wireless internet access.

What distinguishes the Arrowleaf building from other Park City accommodations is that it is a true ski-in ski-out property. Your private ski locker is located slope side, so during your stay all you have to do is situate your gear upon arrival and you are set for the duration of your vacation. The ski lockers have boot warmers so there is no need to lug your boots back and forth from the condo.

Arrowleaf 112B is set apart from the other units in the building because of its ideal ground floor location. You can walk directly out the back door of this unit to the ski slope! (Other Arrowleaf units access the ski slope only through the ski locker area.) This is extremely convenient if you are just popping into the unit during the day to grab lunch or to take a short break, or if you want to shoo the kids outside while you are making dinner!
